About Me

As a Latinx, Queer therapist, I am passionate about supporting all identities, and I commit to creating an inclusive environment for all identities. I believe that everybody should have access to exceptional training and support. I strive to create multiple opportunities to access my knowledge and services.

I help mental health practitioners through various services: MFT supervision, IFS consultation, practice building courses, and therapy services.

My supervision philosophy:
I strive to develop ethically thoughtful and confident therapists who demonstrate their passion to help others in all of their work. I want to foster growth through basic and advanced concepts, case consultation, and establishing your ability to experiment and try new things. I enjoy training others in IFS therapy, and helping you advance your skills within that therapeutic approach.

I encourage socially conscious conversations to actively address power differentials and self-of-the therapist topics.Together we will explore internal biases, countertransference, and triggers that can come up in sessions with clients through IFS parts work so that you can notice your own systems, patterns, and emotional responses. This allows for personal information to inform your work rather than hinder it.

I engage in my own therapy and consultation to be sure I am doing my own work, and show up as my best self for your growth and development. I am cisgender in a white passing body. Therefor, I strive to continue to learn and grow in socially conscious trainings and consultation to maintain awareness of my own biases and privilege. It is important to me that you feel supported in your career journey, and we will work collaboratively towards your goals.
